These Terms and Conditions of the legdefence.com online store (hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions") set forth the rules for the purchase of products in the online store through the website available at legdefence.com and the rules for the provision of electronic services related to the account referred to in Article 2.5.

To use Legdefence, a device with Internet access and a web browser such as Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera or Safari in the latest version is required. In order to use some of the features of Legdefence's online store, including registration and placing orders for products, it is necessary to have an active electronic mail (e-mail) address.
§1 General provisions
1.1 These terms and conditions set out the rules for the use of the service for the creation of customized football pads (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").
1.2 By using the Service, the user accepts these terms and conditions and agrees to abide by their provisions.

2.1 By submitting photos and creating projects on the Site, you acknowledge that you own the copyright to these materials or have the appropriate permissions to use them.

§7 Complaints and returns
- The Customer has the right to file a complaint against the Seller, in particular, if the Product is inconsistent with the contract, the Product is defective or the Seller's actions are inappropriate or inconsistent with the provisions of the Regulations.
- A complaint can be submitted electronically via the contact form available at. Legdefence, via e-mail or in writing to the Seller's address.
- The complaint should include: name, contact information (submitted to. Legdefence), an adequate description of the transaction or a description of the relevant circumstances justifying the complaint, and the Customer's specific request regarding the complaint made. If the complaint is about the Product itself, when filing a complaint the Customer is obliged to present the Product in question and the purchase confirmation.
- If the data or information provided in the complaint needs to be supplemented, before processing the complaint, the Seller shall ask the Customer who submitted the complaint to supplement it within the specified scope.
- The Seller will consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt. The Client will be informed about the processing of the complaint in a form consistent with the Client's request (e.g., via e-mail provided in the registration process or in writing). If the Seller rejects the complaint, the Customer will be informed of the reasons for such decision.
- In the event that repair or replacement of the Product is possible, the Seller will notify the Customer of this fact and provide all information regarding further proceedings. In the case justifying the granting of a refund, the amount for the Product purchased by the Customer will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the Product by the Seller.
- The seller does not accept any shipments returned COD (cash on delivery).
- The refund of the amount paid by the Customer is made by the same payment method that the Customer had previously selected.
- The customer, who is a consumer, may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures.
§8 Ordering and payment
8.1 The User may place orders for products and services offered by the Website, by completing the appropriate order form available on the Website.
8.2 The Service reserves the right to refuse to process an order if there is a reasonable suspicion that the order is in violation of the law or these terms and conditions.
8.3 Payments for products and services can be made using various payment methods, including electronic payments and bank transfers. Detailed information on available payment methods can be found on the Site.
§9 Shipping of products
9.1 The service undertakes to ship the ordered products within the specified time, stated in the description of the product or service.
9.2 In the event of a delay in processing your order, you will be informed of the reason for the delay and the new shipping date.
9.3 The Service shall not be liable for delays in delivery due to reasons attributable to the carrier or other parties involved in the delivery process.
9.4 In the event of non-collection of the shipment by the user or unsuccessful delivery for reasons attributable to the user, the Service reserves the right to charge the user with the cost of

9.5 The user is obliged to check the condition of the shipment at the time of receipt. If the shipment is found to be damaged or does not conform to the order, the user should report these irregularities to the carrier and inform the Service.
§10 Withdrawal from the contract
10.1 The User has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Service without giving any reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
10.2 The user has no right of withdrawal in the case of:
(a) services that were fully performed by the Service before the expiration of the withdrawal period, if the performance of the service began with your express consent and after you have confirmed that you have lost your right to withdraw from the contract after the Service has fully performed the service;
b) products made to your individual order or customized to your personal needs.
10.3 In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the user shall inform the Service of his/her decision by an unequivocal statement, e.g. in writing to the Service's registered address or electronically to the e-mail address provided by the Service.
10.4 In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the user is obliged to return the received product at his own expense within 14 days from the day on which he informed the Service of the withdrawal from the contract.
10.5 The Service undertakes to refund the payment received from the user, including delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day it received the statement of withdrawal from the contract, provided that the returned product is received or the user provides proof of shipment.
§11 Final provisions
11.1 Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be resolved by the competent common court in accordance with applicable law.
11.2 The Service reserves the right to make changes to these regulations. Users will be informed of any changes on the Site.
